Aspire Coil Compatibility Chart: Nautilus, BVC, BP, Atlantis and More

Aspire coils fit by family, not by name. Aspire lists all seven Nautilus coils for the Nautilus 3 and Nautilus 3S, but only the two BVC coils for the Nautilus Mini. The BVC coils Aspire lists for the K1, K Lite and Spryte are a different part from Nautilus BVC coils. BP coils are shared across the BP Stik, BP80, Veynom and Huracan tanks, but Aspire’s list of BP coils differs from host to host. The chart below has 29 rows covering Aspire tanks, pods and devices, checked against Aspire’s own coil platform, product pages and FAQs.
How Aspire coil compatibility works
Aspire groups its coils into platforms, and each platform fits its own set of tanks, pods and devices. A coil’s name tells you its platform, but not always where it fits: a Nautilus coil from a newer tank may not be listed for an older Nautilus, and “BVC” appears on two different coil lines. The platforms in this guide:
- Nautilus coils: seven coils from 0.3Ω to 1.8Ω for the Nautilus tanks, the Zelos kits that come with them, the K3 (1.8Ω only) and the Nautilus AIO (BVC coils only).
- BVC clearomizer coils: Aspire calls these General BVC. They fit the K1, K1 Plus, K Lite and Spryte.
- BP coils: seven coils from 0.15Ω to 1.0Ω shared by the BP Stik, BP80, Veynom pods and the Huracan tanks.
- Atlantis coils: three separate lines, Atlantis SE, Atlantis SE V2 and the original Atlantis coils.
- Pod system coils: Cloudflask mesh, AF mesh (Flexus and Riil X), Minican, PockeX and AVP Pro coils.
Most Aspire pages list which hosts each coil is for rather than which ones it doesn’t fit. In a few FAQs Aspire is direct, and we quote those words in the chart: the BP Stik FAQ says “DO NOT Support” for the BP Pro coil, and the Nautilus AIO FAQ says the Nautilus 0.7Ω coil “cannot be used.” When a coil isn’t on a host’s list, we don’t recommend it for that host.
The Aspire coil compatibility chart
Each row shows the coils Aspire lists for that tank, pod or device on an official Aspire source: the coil platform pages, the product page, the official store listing or Aspire’s FAQ center. Device names link to the product on Black Note where we carry it. Quoted words in the notes are Aspire’s.

Where to buy each family: Nautilus BVC coils, Nautilus Mesh coils, Nautilus 2S coils, Nautilus AIO coils, BVC clearomizer coils, BP coils, Atlantis SE coils, Cloudflask S coils, Cloudflask III coils, AF mesh coils, Minican mesh coils, PockeX coils and AVP Pro coils.
Not in the chart: the Atlantis PT tank, because we couldn’t find any Aspire page that lists its coils, and the Flexus SE, because Aspire’s coil platform shows its pod without naming a coil.
Nautilus coils: which tanks take which
Yes, Nautilus coils fit the Nautilus 3. Aspire’s Nautilus 3 page says the tank is compatible with all Nautilus series coils, and its Nautilus coil platform lists the Nautilus 3, Nautilus 3²², Nautilus 3S, Nautilus 3SR and Nautilus GT II for all seven coils below. The older and smaller tanks take fewer.
| Coil | Aspire’s rating | Draw (Aspire’s label) | Nano and Mini |
|---|---|---|---|
| BVC 1.8Ω | 10W to 14W | MTL | Both; also the K3 |
| BVC 1.6Ω | 7W to 11W | MTL | Both |
| Mesh 1.0Ω | 13W to 15W | MTL | Nano only |
| Nautilus 2 0.7Ω | 18W to 23W | RDTL | Nano only |
| 2S Mesh 0.7Ω | 20W to 25W | RDTL | Nano only |
| 2S 0.4Ω | 23W to 28W | RDTL | Neither on the coil page (see gaps) |
| Mesh 0.3Ω | 23W to 28W | RDTL | Neither on the coil page (see gaps) |
MTL means mouth to lung and RDTL means restricted direct lung; both labels come from Aspire’s coil platform chart. We sell these as Nautilus BVC coils (1.6Ω and 1.8Ω), Nautilus Mesh coils (0.3Ω and 1.0Ω) and Nautilus 2S coils (0.4Ω and 2S Mesh 0.7Ω).
How to read this family:
- Nautilus 3 and 3S: the Nautilus 3 ships with a BVC 1.8Ω and a 2S Mesh 0.7Ω and holds 4 ml (2 ml in the TPD version). The Nautilus 3S, which Aspire calls “the special version of Nautilus 3,” ships with Mesh 0.3Ω and Mesh 1.0Ω coils and holds 3.75 ml, or 4 ml with the extra glass tube. Both use press-fit coils.
- Nautilus Nano and Mini: for the Nano, which comes in the Zelos Nano kit, Aspire’s coil platform page lists five of the seven (its downloadable chart and query tool list the Mesh 0.3Ω and 2S 0.4Ω as well; see the gaps section). For the Nautilus Mini, Aspire lists only the two BVC coils.
- Nautilus 2 and 2S: Aspire’s FAQs for these older tanks list the BVC 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω, the Nautilus 2 0.7Ω and Triton Mini coils. The Nautilus 2 FAQ says the 2S 0.4Ω coil is “not compatible with Nautilus 2 tank, as the airflow of the Nautilus 2 tank is unsuitable for these coils.” Neither FAQ mentions the newer mesh coils.
- Nautilus AIO: Aspire says its coil is interchangeable with the 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω Nautilus coils and that “The Nautilus 0.7ohm coil cannot be used with Nautilus AIO.” Aspire suggests the 1.8Ω coil with the NS mark, our Nautilus AIO coil, for nicotine salt in the AIO.
- K3: only the BVC 1.8Ω is listed. Aspire’s K3 FAQ says no to the BVC 1.6Ω, Nautilus 2 0.7Ω and 2S 0.4Ω on the K3 mod, because its output “may not suitable for these coils.”
For the tanks themselves, see our Nautilus 3 review and Nautilus 3S review.
BVC clearomizer coils are not Nautilus BVC coils
Both lines carry Aspire’s BVC (Bottom Vertical Coil) name, but Aspire lists them as separate coil platforms. Aspire’s coil platform lists its General BVC coils for the K1, K1 Plus, K Lite and Spryte only, and lists the Nautilus BVC coils for Nautilus tanks and the K3.
| Coil | Aspire’s rating | Hosts Aspire lists |
|---|---|---|
| General BVC 1.6Ω | 3.0V to 4.2V, 6W to 11W | Spryte, K1, K Lite, K1 Plus |
| General BVC 1.8Ω | 4.2V to 5.0V, 9W to 13W | Spryte, K1, K Lite, K1 Plus |
| General BVC 2.1Ω | 5.0V to 6.0V, 11W to 16W | Spryte, K1, K Lite, K1 Plus |
| Spryte 1.2Ω | 10W to 12W | Spryte |
- Spryte AIO: Aspire says its 1.8Ω coil “is interchangeable with 1.6ohm or 1.8ohm regular BVC coil,” and suggests the 1.2Ω NS coil only with the Spryte AIO.
- K Lite: Aspire’s FAQ says you can use “the aspire original BVC coils and Spryte coils.”
- K2 mod: Aspire’s FAQ says not to use the BVC 1.8Ω or 2.1Ω coils for the K1 tank on the K2 mod, because its output wattage “may not suitable” for them.
We sell the 1.6Ω, 1.8Ω and 2.1Ω as Aspire BVC clearomizer coils. If your tank is a Nautilus, buy Nautilus BVC coils instead.
BP coils: BP Stik, BP80, Veynom and Huracan
Aspire sells seven BP coils, and it doesn’t list all seven for every host: the BP Stik and Veynom Air share one list, while the BP80, Veynom LX and EX, Huracan Mini and Huracan tank each differ. Here is what Aspire’s BP coil platform lists:
| Coil | Aspire’s rating | Draw (Aspire’s label) | Hosts Aspire lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| BP Pro Meshed 0.15Ω | 80W to 100W | DTL | Huracan tank, Veynom pod (Veynom EX, LX) |
| BP Meshed 0.15Ω | 60W to 80W | DTL | Huracan tank, Veynom pod (Air, EX, LX), BP Stik pod |
| BP Meshed 0.17Ω | 45W to 55W | DTL | Huracan tank, Veynom pod, BP Stik pod, BP80 pod |
| BP Meshed 0.3Ω | 30W to 40W | DTL | Huracan tank, Veynom pod, BP Stik pod, BP80 pod |
| BP Meshed 0.4Ω | 25W to 35W | RDTL | Huracan Mini, Veynom pod, BP Stik pod, BP80 pod |
| BP 0.6Ω | 15W to 25W | RDTL | Huracan Mini, Veynom pod, BP Stik pod, BP80 pod |
| BP 1.0Ω | 10W to 16W | MTL | Huracan Mini, Veynom pod, BP Stik pod, BP80 pod |
- BP Stik: Aspire’s FAQ lists six compatible BP coils and says “DO NOT Support” for the BP Pro Meshed Coil 0.15Ω (80W to 100W). Use the BP Stik pod, 5 ml (2 ml in the TPD version). See our BP Stik review.
- BP80: the coil platform lists the BP80 pod for five coils, from 0.17Ω to 1.0Ω. Aspire’s BP80 FAQ goes further and says “All BP coils and BP RBAs are compatible with BP80.” The pod holds 4.6 ml (2 ml TPD) and fills by lifting a silicone seal.
- Veynom LX and EX: the only hosts besides the Huracan tank that Aspire lists for the BP Pro 0.15Ω. The Veynom pod holds 5 ml (2 ml TPD). See our Veynom LX review.
- Huracan Mini vs Huracan tank: the Huracan Mini takes the 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω and holds 2 ml (3 ml with the spare tube). The full-size Huracan tank on the Rhea X, Huracan EX, Huracan LX and Revolto takes the 0.15Ω, BP Pro 0.15Ω, 0.17Ω and 0.3Ω. Check which tank you have before ordering.
We sell the 0.17Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω as Aspire BP coils. Aspire also makes a separate BP-F coil line for the H2 tank on the Revolto and Revolto S; Aspire lists those for the H2 tank only.
Atlantis coils: SE, SE V2 and the originals
“Atlantis coil” covers three lines on Aspire’s coil platform, and Aspire doesn’t list any of them across lines:
- Atlantis SE coils for the Atlantis GT tank: 0.35Ω (20W to 30W), 0.3Ω (30W to 40W) and 0.18Ω (45W to 60W). The GT holds 4 ml (2 ml TPD), fills from the side and ships with the 0.3Ω fitted and a spare 0.18Ω. We sell all three as Atlantis SE coils. See our Atlantis GT review.
- Atlantis SE V2 coils for the Atlantis LX: 0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω.
- Original Atlantis coils for the Atlantis, Atlantis 2, Atlantis Mega, Atlantis EVO and Triton 2. Aspire adds that it doesn’t “suggest use 0.3ohm coil on Atlantis, Atlantis EVO,” and lists Triton coils for the same tanks.
We also carry the Atlantis PT tank, but we couldn’t find any Aspire source that lists its coils, so it isn’t in the chart.
Pod systems with replaceable coils: Cloudflask, Flexus, Minican, PockeX and AVP
These pod systems use a replaceable coil inside a refillable pod. Aspire lists the coil platform for each:
- Cloudflask: Aspire lists the Cloudflask mesh 0.17Ω (50W to 60W), 0.25Ω (40W to 50W) and 0.6Ω (15W to 20W) for the Cloudflask, Cloudflask S, Cloudflask III and Cloudflask X. The pods are a different story: Aspire’s coil chart pairs each device with its own pod, and Aspire says the Cloudflask X pod is “incompatible” with the Cloudflask S. Shop the Cloudflask S pod, Cloudflask S coils and Cloudflask III coils.
- AF coils (Flexus and Riil X): Aspire lists the AF mesh 0.6Ω (15W to 18W), 0.8Ω (14W to 16W) and 1.0Ω (12W to 15W) for the Flexus Q, Blok, Stik, AIO, Fit, Peak and the Riil X, each in its own pod. The AF 0.4Ω (20W to 28W) is listed for the Flexus Pro, Raga AIO, Rover Plus and Boxxer. Aspire’s Flexus AIO FAQ adds that “Both of Flexus AIO and Flexus Stik pods are compatible with the Flexus AIO device.” Shop AF mesh coils and the Flexus Q, Flexus Blok, Flexus Stik, Flexus AIO and Riil X pods.
- Minican: most Minican pods have a built-in coil (0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω), and Aspire says the Minican 3, 3 Pro and 4+ are compatible with all Minican series pods. The Minican 3 Pod is the exception: it takes the replaceable Minican Mesh 0.8Ω coil, which Aspire recommends at 13W to 15W. Aspire doesn’t list the 1.2Ω pods for the Minican Lite. Shop the Minican pod, Minican 3 Pod and Minican mesh coil.
- PockeX: PockeX coils come in 0.6Ω (18W to 20W) and 1.2Ω (10W to 12W). Aspire lists them for the PockeX, and its PockeX Box FAQ says the Box “is compatible with PockeX coils.” Shop PockeX coils.
- AVP Pro coils: the 1.15Ω and 0.65Ω mesh are listed for the AVP Pro, AVP-Cube, Tekno, 9th Tank and Zero.G. Aspire doesn’t publish a wattage for either. Shop AVP Pro coils and the AVP-Cube pod.
Single-device pods: Aspire lists some pods for one device family only. Aspire lists Pixo pods for the Pixo, Pixo Neo, Pixo Max, Pixo Aura and Pixo Aura 2; TSX pods for the Cyber X and Cyber S; TG pods for the Cyber G and Cyber G Slim; Vilter pods for the Vilter, Vilter 2, Vilter S, Vilter Fun and Vilter Max; Vilter Pro pods for the Vilter Pro; and Favostix pods for the Favostix and Favostix Mini.
What Aspire's pages don't settle
We built this chart from Aspire’s own pages only. Aspire publishes compatibility in four places (the coil platform pages, a downloadable coil platform chart dated December 2024, a compatibility query tool and the FAQ center), and they don’t always agree. Here’s where, and what we did:
- Nautilus Nano with the Mesh 0.3Ω and 2S 0.4Ω. The coil platform page leaves the Nano out for both coils. Aspire’s downloadable chart and its query tool include it. We followed the coil platform page.
- BP80 and the 0.15Ω coils. Aspire’s BP80 FAQ says all BP coils are compatible, but the BP coil page doesn’t list the BP80 pod for the BP Meshed 0.15Ω or BP Pro 0.15Ω. The chart shows the five coils the BP page lists.
- Minican 3 Pod on other Minicans. The coil platform lists the Minican 3 Pod and 0.8Ω coil for the Minican Lite, 4 and 4+ too, while the Minican 3 FAQ names only the Minican, Minican 2, Minican+, Minican 3 and Minican 3 Pro.
- Triton Mini coils in the Nautilus 3S and 3²². Aspire’s store listing for the 3S names “Triton mini coils,” and its Zelos X page lists a Triton Mini Clapton Coil 1.8Ω for the Nautilus 3²², but the current coil platform doesn’t list Triton Mini coils for any tank. We left them out of those rows.
- Triton Mini coils in the Nautilus 2. One answer in Aspire’s Nautilus 2 FAQ says you can use Triton Mini 1.2Ω and 0.15Ω coils; the next says they are not compatible. The chart lists only the Triton Mini 1.8Ω, which the FAQ names as usable.
- Flexus AIO and the AF 0.8Ω. Aspire’s Flexus AIO FAQ names the AF 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω, while the AF coil page also lists the 0.8Ω for the Flexus AIO. The chart follows the coil page.
- Atlantis PT and Flexus SE. We found no Aspire page listing coils for the Atlantis PT. The Flexus SE pod appears on the coil platform with no coil named. Neither is charted.
- Original Atlantis coil wattages. Aspire’s Atlantis coil page gives power ranges for the original coils that don’t line up with their resistances (for example, a 1.0Ω coil at 40W to 50W), so we haven’t repeated them.
- Older and missing models. Aspire’s Nautilus 2 and 2S FAQs predate the mesh coils, and the current pages don’t cover the Nautilus X, ET-S or CE5.
If you’re not sure a coil fits, stick with one Aspire lists for your tank or pod in the chart. If a coil doesn’t seat firmly, don’t force it.
Pairing Aspire coils with Black Note tobacco e-liquid
Resistance is a rough guide to how a coil draws. As a general rule (our guidance, not Aspire’s), mouth-to-lung coils at 1.0Ω and up, such as the Nautilus BVC 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω, Nautilus Mesh 1.0Ω, BP 1.0Ω, AF 1.0Ω and PockeX 1.2Ω, run at low power with a tight draw that suits Black Note salt nicotine and Black Note 50/50 tobacco e-liquids. Lower-resistance coils, about 0.8Ω and below, and sub-ohm tank coils such as the Nautilus 0.3Ω, BP mesh and Atlantis SE coils run at higher power with a looser draw and pair with thicker 70VG/30PG e-liquid.
Where Aspire flags a coil for a liquid type, follow Aspire: it marks the Nautilus AIO 1.8Ω and Spryte 1.2Ω coils with “NS” for nicotine salt, and says the coil that comes with the K1 Plus tank isn’t appropriate for nicotine salt.
