Authorized Retailer Terms
Story Vape (storyvape.com · Commercial Register No. 1009098814) is an authorized retailer of genuine Black Note products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Black Note does not ship directly to Saudi Arabia; for availability, ordering, and delivery, contact Story Vape. The authorization is subject to the following terms.
- Story Vape may represent itself as an authorized retailer of Black Note products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the validity period of its authorization.
- This authorization covers only genuine Black Note products obtained directly through Black Note or its appointed supply channels.
- The authorized company is an independent retailer and is not an agent, employee, partner, joint venture, franchisee, legal representative, or affiliate of Black Note or any related entity.
- The authorized company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia governing the import, clearance, registration, storage, sale, marketing, advertising, age verification, taxation, delivery, and distribution of these products.
- The authorized company is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, registrations, customs clearances, tax registrations, and any other governmental or regulatory authorizations required to conduct its business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The authorized company is solely responsible for its own website, product listings, advertising, promotions, customer communications, pricing, sales practices, customer service, returns, refunds, delivery, and all other local business operations.
- The authorized company has no authority to make any promises, warranties, medical claims, regulatory claims, safety claims, legal commitments, or representations on behalf of Black Note unless expressly approved in writing.
- The authorized company shall not modify, relabel, repackage, dilute, refill, alter, tamper with, or otherwise change any Black Note product, packaging, label, warning, batch information, or product documentation without prior written approval.
- This authorization does not grant exclusivity unless expressly stated.
- All Black Note names, logos, product images, product descriptions, packaging images, website content, marketing materials, goodwill, and brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owner(s). The authorized company receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved Black Note brand materials solely to market and sell genuine Black Note products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the authorization period.
- This authorization does not transfer ownership of, or create any ownership interest in, any Black Note trademark, trade name, logo, brand, formula, product design, copyright, marketing material, goodwill, or other intellectual property, whether registered or unregistered.
- The authorized company shall not register, apply to register, claim ownership of, challenge, oppose, misuse, or assist any third party in registering or claiming any Black Note trademark, trade name, logo, brand name, domain name, social media handle, or confusingly similar mark in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or elsewhere.
- The authorized company shall not use the Black Note brand in any way that may damage the reputation, goodwill, regulatory standing, or commercial interests of Black Note.
- The authorized company shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Note and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, penalties, fines, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from the authorized company’s local importation, marketing, sale, storage, delivery, customer service, regulatory compliance, or other business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Black Note may renew, amend, suspend, or terminate this authorization at any time by written notice.
