This California Residents Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) supplements the Black Note Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. All terms in this Statement have the same meaning as in the Black Note Privacy Policy.

Some examples of when we may collect this information include when you browse or make a purchase on one of our websites; create a Black Note account; or participate in a survey or promotion. When the Information Does Not Identify You – We may share your information in a way that does not directly identify you.
