After extensive research and development, Black Note real tobacco vaping liquid was finally ready for action. The company officially launched in January, in both Europe and the United States. With a mission to create a smoke-free and vape-free world, the vaping liquid was designed to appeal to adult smokers, and no one else.

Black Note is dedicated to upholding high standards and adhering to regulations in the tobacco industry. Below is a timeline of our regulatory journey:

October 12, 2017: As part of the FDA’s deeming regulations, Black Note successfully registered all pre-existing products with the FDA. This demonstrated our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

April 5, 2021: Black Note’s PMTA (Pre-Market Tobacco Application) for its products was accepted by the FDA. This acceptance recognizes our dedication to quality and regulatory compliance.

November 19, 2021: The FDA completed a preliminary review of Black Note’s PMTAs and confirmed that the applications met the filing requirements. Currently, our application is undergoing scientific review.
