30-Day Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If you ordered the incorrect product or wish to exchange it, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping of the new product. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Wrong Item

Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll exchange it at no additional cost. Email us at [email protected] with an image of the incorrect product and your packing list, and we’ll send a free return label and dispatch the correct item right away.

Devices & Accessories

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Final Sale

Report any damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and aren’t covered by our warranty.

Purchases of vaping devices and accessories are final, with an exception for items that are DOA or not as described within 48 hours of delivery. This window lets you inspect your items and confirm they’re in good working condition.
