30-Day Return Policy:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you’ve ordered the incorrect product or wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping of the new product. Order Errors:
If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us at [email protected] with an image of the incorrect product and your packing list for a free return label and immediate dispatch of the correct item.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) and Vaping Devices & Accessories Policy:
Claims for damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by our warranty.
Final Sale Policy with Initial Inspection Period:
