30-Day Return Policy
If you ordered the incorrect product or wish to exchange it, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping of the new product. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Order Errors
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll exchange it at no additional cost. Email us at [email protected] with an image of the incorrect product and your packing list, and we’ll send a free return label and dispatch the correct item right away.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Final Sale
Purchases of vaping devices and accessories are final, with an exception for items that are DOA or not as described within 48 hours of delivery. This window lets you inspect your items and confirm they’re in good working condition.
Defective Products
If a device or accessory develops a fault after the first 48 hours, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. Use the right link for your brand:
