Strengths shown in the selector change with stock. No single number fits everyone, and a higher number is not a better choice. If you never inhaled your cigars, a sensible start is 3 mg in 50VG/50PG. If you also smoked full-flavor cigarettes, start at 6 mg, or 20 mg salt in a pod.

Cigar Blend contains no artificial flavors, added sweeteners, diacetyl, acetyl propionyl, acetoin, characterizing flavors, dyes, or synthetic nicotine. The 0 mg option contains no nicotine. What you taste is tobacco, not a flavoring built to imitate a cigar.
Most tobacco e-liquid is mixed from synthetic flavoring in an afternoon.
We steep real tobacco leaf in a cold maceration for six to eight weeks, then filter and blend it in small batches. Cigar Blend moves through the same nine steps as every Black Note blend, and from field to bottle the full process can take up to three years. That time, plus small-batch extraction from real leaf, is the product difference behind the price.
A cigar is whole leaf, air-cured and slowly fermented, and its flavor comes from the leaf alone.
That is why most “cigar” e-liquids miss: they build the idea of a cigar out of flavoring. Cigar Blend starts from the leaf instead. Havana tobacco is the classic cigar leaf, prized for its aroma; Kentucky is the dark, fire-cured leaf that Tuscan cigar makers have used for well over a century, cured over smoldering hardwood until it picks up its smoky depth.
Black Note added Cigar Blend to the collection in 2019 under the name Concerto, the last of the musical names. The page address still carries it, and some longtime customers still use it. Same blend, same liquid.

50VG/50PG is smooth in MTL pods and low-wattage devices. 70VG/30PG has more VG for bigger vapor in sub-ohm setups. Salt nicotine comes in higher strengths and gives a smoother pull in pod devices. VG and PG are the two liquids in every e-liquid; more VG means thicker vapor, more PG carries flavor and feels a little sharper.
Freebase (50VG/50PG and 70VG/30PG) comes in 0, 3, 6, 12, and 18 mg in a 60mL bottle. Salt nicotine comes in 20, 30, and 50 mg in a 30mL bottle. The selector shows what is in stock today.
