Do Favostix pods come with a coil?

Yes, the coil is built into the pod, so a pod swap is also a fresh coil. The 1.0 ohm suits mouth to lung and the 0.6 ohm gives a looser, airier draw.

Aspire lists the Favostix and the Favostix Mini. Both are out of stock with us at the moment.

Our Favostix 2 listing names these pods, but Aspire publishes no compatibility entry for the Favostix 2 on its coil platform, so we cannot confirm it from the manufacturer. Check your device before ordering rather than assuming.

Not at the moment. Aspire makes the Favostix pod in 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 ohm; we carry the 0.6 and 1.0 ohm.

Aspire uses a bottom fill on this series. Unplug the seal, fill slowly to just below the maximum so air can escape, replace the seal, and let it stand five to ten minutes before the first draw.

With the coil built in, the pod is the consumable: one to two weeks is typical before the flavour drops off. Sweetened e-liquids caramelise on the coil and shorten that; unsweetened tobacco blends are far gentler.

Usually overfilling, filling without letting air escape, or a change in temperature or pressure. Fill to just below the maximum, leave a small air gap, wipe the contacts before seating it, and store it upright.

Probably not. A fresh coil often needs a fill or two to open up, and firing it before the cotton is fully wet can partly scorch it. Let it stand five to ten minutes after filling and take the first few puffs gently.

A 50/50 VG/PG for the 1.0 ohm at a mouth-to-lung draw, which also suits salt nicotine. The 0.6 ohm is more open and takes a 70/30 comfortably, so drop the nicotine strength a little.

    Always out of stock

    The flavostix batteries with the draw button are ALWAYS out of stock, the ones without the draw button are just okay, you don't really get the good hit like with the others, I have been waiting and bought a spare of the one without the draw button, but after I get my use out of these, I will start back getting my juice, pods and batteries at local vape shops, being out of stock forever is unacceptable, I'm a person who likes to get one product and stick with it, after a year of being forced to buy another battery, it's time for me to take the leap after this order and go back to a product that allows me to get a good battery, I have to pull way harder on the ones they are never out of stock on.
