Aspire Nautilus BVC Replacement Coils use Bottom Vertical Coil design, sold five to a pack. The 1.6 ohm runs 7 to 11 watts, the 1.8 ohm runs 10 to 14 watts, and the 0.7 ohm runs 18 to 23 watts for a warmer draw.

Compatible with: the Nautilus 3S Tank, plus the Aspire Nautilus 3, Nautilus 3 squared, Nautilus 3SR, Nautilus Nano, Nautilus Mini and Nautilus GT II tanks. The 1.8 ohm also fits the Aspire K3.

Not for clearomizers: the Spryte, K1, K2, CE5 and ET-S take the separate BVC clearomizer coil instead.

Other Nautilus coil options: Mesh coils (0.3 and 1.0 ohm) and 2S coils (0.4 and 0.7 ohm). Pairs cleanly with Special Blend.

FAQ's

Aspire rates the 1.6 ohm at 7 to 11 watts and the 1.8 ohm at 10 to 14 watts. These are low-wattage mouth-to-lung coils, so do not push them.

Aspire lists the Nautilus Mini, Nautilus Nano, Nautilus 3, Nautilus 3 squared, Nautilus 3S, Nautilus 3SR and Nautilus GT II. The 1.8 ohm also fits the Aspire K3 tank.

No, and it is worth knowing. Aspire’s BVC range is 1.6 and 1.8 ohm only. A 0.7 ohm Nautilus coil is from the Nautilus 2 or 2S family: Aspire rates the Nautilus 2 coil 0.7 ohm at 18 to 23 watts and the 2S Mesh 0.7 ohm at 20 to 25 watts. It fits the same tanks, but it is a different coil at a much higher wattage.

No, despite the shared name. The clearomizer BVC coils are for the Spryte, K1, K Lite and K1 Plus. The Nautilus BVC is a different part for Nautilus tanks. Ordering the wrong one is a common mistake.

Bottom Vertical Coil. The coil sits vertically in the base of the tank with the wicking ports at the bottom, which is what gives it its tight, cool, cigarette-like draw at low wattage.

One to two weeks is typical, but it depends on how much you vape and what you run through it. Sweetened e-liquids caramelise on the coil and can halve its life. Unsweetened tobacco blends are much gentler, which is one reason our liquids carry no added sweeteners.

Put two or three drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton, fit the coil, fill the tank, then let it stand for five to ten minutes. Take a couple of gentle draws with the device off to pull liquid through, then start at the bottom of the wattage range.

Almost always one of four causes: fired before the cotton was saturated, run above the rated wattage, the tank was low, or chain-vaping faster than the wick can recover. A burnt coil cannot be revived, so prime the next one properly and give it a beat between draws.

A 50/50 ratio at a mouth-to-lung draw, which is exactly what these coils are built for. Because they run at single-figure to low-teens wattage, they suit higher nicotine strengths and salt nicotine well.

    Coils oem and work

    Aspire Nautilus is my preferred tank and have several. Coils start tasting a little nasty after a week or two but still fire. They all work and vape great till they don't.
