The US kit ships with 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω XROS mesh pods (2mL). It has adjustable airflow and takes every XROS Series pod, including the 0.4Ω pod that unlocks 0.5W wattage steps on the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit.

Refilling the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod is simple and convenient:

  1. Remove the pod from the device.
  2. Locate the fill port on the top of the pod.
  3. Open the fill port and carefully fill the pod with your preferred e-liquid, being mindful not to overfill.
  4. Close the fill port securely and reattach the pod to the device.
  5. Allow the pod to sit for a few minutes to ensure the coil is adequately saturated before vaping.

The Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit has a 1200mAh built-in battery, and Vaporesso quotes a 35-minute full charge over 2A Type-C. Real battery life depends on the pod: the 1.0Ω pod in Normal or ECO mode draws far less power than the 0.4Ω pod run near 30W, so mouth-to-lung vapers usually get the longest time between charges on the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit.

Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit pods have the mesh coil built in, so you replace the whole pod once flavor fades or tastes burnt. How fast that happens depends mostly on the e-liquid: heavily sweetened liquids caramelize on the mesh and gunk it up sooner. Black Note Special Blend and Special Blend 3.0 contain no added sweeteners, so they are gentler on the coil and help each XROS pod in the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit last longer.

For a tight mouth-to-lung draw in the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit, use the 1.0Ω pod from the US box (Vaporesso rates it best at 12W) with Black Note Special Blend in salt nicotine. For a warmer, slightly looser draw, switch to the 0.6Ω pod (best at 21W) with a 50/50 freebase blend. Start on Normal mode, then open the airflow on the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit until the draw feels right.

The Vaporesso XROS Pro 2 is the newer model. It raises the battery from 1200mAh to 2000mAh, adds a larger 0.96-inch TFT screen with puff tracking charts, and ships with 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods. The Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit keeps the same 30W ceiling and takes the same XROS Series pods, so your pods carry over if you upgrade from the Vaporesso XROS Pro Pod Kit.

    Great pod system

    This is the pod system I've stuck with for the longest, even though I'm not crazy into having tons of gear. I don't really vape freebase anymore, but I have tried it with the 0.4 ohm variable wattage pods and it's pretty cool. The puff counter gives me a good handle on my usage each day. It's pretty heavy for a vape, so if I decide I don't need a puff counter I would go with the standard Xros or Xros mini

    My favorite vape device

    I have used at lease 6 different vape devices from different companies. This is the only vape device I found that is easy to use, easy to charge for a longer time, and doesn’t have parts that break easily. I have been using my current Vapresso XROS device for nearly two years and never had a problem with it. I love it.

    A neat trim package, good

    A neat, trim package, a good size for the hand. It's a bit heavy for its size, but that's expected for a metal mod with a decent battery. Good battery life between charges, and excellent vapor production considering it's MTL. Pod life is good so far,2 weeks, maybe 3 depending on how much you vape. The pod and coil form one unit, so the whole pod gets discarded once it goes bad. This is my second unit; the first one is still going strong.

    Simple and effective

    Over the years I've bounced between pod systems and disposables, and I always end up back with vaporesso. I started with the first xros, tried the xros ultra, and now I have the pro, and I couldn't be happier. Flavor is great, and cloud production is also pretty solid for what it is,if that matters to you. If you're on the fence, just get it. It's a great little kit.

    All the Bells & Whistles

    You really can't ask for much more,maybe more info on wattage. Unless you have the 0.4 ohm pod, you're left guessing. I'd suggest publishing a chart based on pod resistance showing the wattage range. Other than that, figuring out the bells and whistles is a bit of a challenge, but with very satisfying results in the end. Great device,solid power duration with fast charging!
