• Use a coil like the RPM SC 1.0 ohm Coil, which is designed for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping.
• Keep the wattage under 15 watts to avoid an overly strong nicotine hit and ensure a smoother vaping experience.

Why should you avoid using the Nord X with salts or 50/50 freebase e-liquids?

Here are the key reasons:

1. Leaking: The SMOK Nord X is designed for sub-ohm vaping, which typically involves higher VG e-liquids. Using thinner liquids like nicotine salts or 50VG/50PG freebase can lead to leakage through the coil and airflow openings, causing a messy experience and potential damage to the device.
2. Dry Hits: When using coils not suited for higher nicotine concentrations, like those included with the Nord X, you may experience dry hits. This occurs when the coil doesn’t adequately absorb the thinner e-liquid, leading to an unpleasant burnt taste.
3. Compromised Flavor: The coils in the SMOK Nord X are optimized for high VG e-liquids, which provide richer and more robust flavors. Using nicotine salts or 50VG/50PG e-liquids can result in a diluted or muted flavor, affecting the overall vaping experience.
