The Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 100W Kit pairs a rugged, IP67 shock, water, and dust-resistant mod with the 5mL Z Nano 3 sub-ohm tank. A 3200mAh built-in battery drives up to 100 watts with fast charging, and it comes in Black, Aqua Blue, Rainbow, Forest Green, Polar Silver, and Sunset Rose.

Coils: the Z Nano 3 tank uses Geekvape B Series coils (Boost version) and ships with 0.2Ω and 0.4Ω coils. Replacement coils: Geekvape B Series Coils (Boost). The mod has a universal 510 connection, so it also works with most 510 tanks you already own.

The Aegis Mini 5 has a built-in rechargeable battery and charges over USB-C, so there are no separate batteries to buy. Pair it with a Black Note tobacco e-liquid in a higher-VG blend for a clean, real-tobacco vape.

Description

Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 100W Kit

The Geekvape Aegis Mini 5 100W Kit is the latest compact box mod in Geekvape’s rugged Aegis line, built around an integrated 3200mAh battery and the 5mL Z Nano 3 sub-ohm tank. The zinc-alloy body carries an IP67 rating for shock, water, and dust resistance, and the AS Chip 4.0 delivers up to 100 watts with Smart and Power modes on a 0.96-inch TFT screen.

Fast charging over USB-C reaches 80 percent in about 40 minutes, and the A-Lock system plus a button lock help prevent accidental firing in a pocket or bag. The Z Nano 3 tank fills from the top and takes Geekvape B Series coils, and the mod’s 510 connection works with most other tanks.

A rugged IP67 body, a 3200mAh battery, and up to 100 watts make the Aegis Mini 5 a compact kit built to take a beating.

FAQ's

The included Z Nano 3 tank and B0.2/B0.4 Boost coils are configured for lower-strength freebase e-liquid and an RDL or DTL draw. A higher-VG blend is generally a better match than thin, high-strength salt liquid. Keep the wattage inside the range printed on the installed coil, and lower the power when breaking in a new coil.

The included 0.2 and 0.4-ohm B Series Boost coils are intended mainly for direct-lung and restricted direct-lung use. Closing the Z Nano 3’s top airflow can tighten the draw, but it does not turn the kit into a true low-power MTL system. Choose a dedicated MTL pod if you want a tight, cigarette-style draw.

The Z Nano 3 tank uses Geekvape B Series coils. The kit includes a B0.2 Boost coil rated 50 to 58W and a B0.4 Boost coil rated 25 to 35W. Other B Series options may fit, but always follow the resistance and wattage printed on the exact coil package rather than assuming every B coil uses the same range.

Yes. The Aegis Mini 5 mod has a standard 510 connection, so it can use other compatible 510 tanks within the mod’s 5 to 100W output and supported resistance range. Check the tank diameter for overhang and confirm that its coil can be operated safely within the device’s limits.

No. The 3200 mAh battery is built into the Aegis Mini 5 and is not user-replaceable. Recharge the device through the USB-C port. Geekvape specifies 5V/3A charging and advertises about 80 percent charge in 40 minutes under its test conditions.
