There was a previous review stating that this juice burns coils fast, but seeing as no additives are added , I believe the issue may be puffing away when the coil is dry.
I’m using the Innokin T18 and love the coils, always stay wet because of how many holes in coil… No way to get a dry coil

No one else comes close, by a long shot. What keeps bringing me back to Latakia in particular is the extra herbal smokiness. It is much more of an experience after an interesting meal than ordinary cigarette smoke. I used to smoke after meals, coffee, while drinking and in general. I don’t even want to smoke tobacco now. Black note tastes better and i don’t wheeze anymore either. One of my favorite products from BN—rich, full-bodied (like Cabernet Sauvignon of the vaping liquids) and with a relatively long lasting flavor via Vaporesso XROSS 1.2 Ohm for MTL and Lost Orion 0.5 Ohm for DTL. The closest comparison I have is Bali Hai cigarettes with a touch of clove, but maybe a little lighter.

The first e liquid I tried and grateful for that. Haven’t had a cigarette in 4 months and I give credit to black note Latakia, it had the genuine tobacco flavor and enough of a smoke character and throat hit to scratch the itch and satisfy the craving. I use a Smok Pozz X @5 watts w/ 1 or 1.2 ohm coils for a smooth and lovely full flavor and body vape. Higher wattage or lower ohms gets hot pretty quick but not harsh. I ONLY vape NETs and after trying some of the other brands out there, I ONLY vape Black Note and will always have some Latakia around. BN has great customer service as well; communicative, helpful and product ships fast.

Wow, I’m at a loss for words! I tried a few of Black Note’s original flavors a few years back, and just weren’t into them because of a too-light taste (at least, for my preferences.) I figured I’d finally give the Latikia blend a try, as it’s said to be the boldest and darkest in flavor… and wow! This tastes just like smoking a cigar! Nuances and all! It’s quite frankly… identical! In vapor form! Okay, so many cigar smokers will get this, but you know how some cigars actually have a flavor trait that’s somewhat bitter and sour? That SAME trait is here – I liken this particular flavor layer to the smell of a luxery leather, but in taste form. It’s a trait that many true tobacco lovers crave. And there’s like 3 other layers of complexity that blend in and actually create cigar experience; this is not a “kind of alike”. This is identical. One of the most surprising flavors I’ve ever vaped. But, I started back every time I stopped breastfeeding. In March, not realizing the eminent quarantine, I decided to stop smoking for good. I was tired of smelling of an ashtray. I tried to find figure out which ingredients were causing it but . . . many others do not list their ingredients. So I came back here after a couple months of experimenting.

I’ve found that adjusting tank airflow controls emphasis between smokey (more airflow) and peppery (less airflow). Dial-in airflow for what you want to experience and Black Note Latakia delivers through its entire flavor range.

Please read the vendor description and even search on the word Latakia — it’s exactly accurate. I usually go for maximum tobacco flavor, but to me this just tastes like I’m vaping something that already burned to a cinder. Recommended to perhaps someone who likes rauchbier (smoke beer.) It could be used as a mix-in, but mine goes to the trash. Please use a coil at the end of its life — you won’t be able to use that coil with any other flavor, no matter how well you clean the coil (unless you rebuild and replace the wadding.) Now you know what to expect if you go for it.

I bought the Notebook. I started by vaping the flavors I thought I’d like the least. This was #3 on my list, based on Black Note’s description. I have been using a clean tank and new cotton wicks before trying a new flavor to give each flavor a fair shake. Smoking peppercorns while sitting at a charcoal grill with the smoke in my face kind of describes the taste I encountered. I turned the watts down and got a hint of a sweet taste on the exhale. The flavor did “grow” on me and I did go through the entire 10 ml. It’s just not for me though.

This is the most expensive option, but worth it imo. It is a deep, full, and rich tasting e-liquid. It’s smokey, too. For the lover of the taste of tobacco. Highly recommended.
