GLS will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and the package is returned to us, reshipping requires payment of the new shipping cost plus a $12.99 handling fee.
How to Manage Your Delivery:
1. Watch for the GLS email
After a failed delivery attempt, you will receive an email titled “GLS Attempt Notification.”
2. Reschedule from the email
Tap Reschedule in the top right corner to choose a date and time that works better.
3. Contact GLS if needed
Call GLS Customer Service at 1-800-322-5555 (Option 1)

Reschedule your delivery window
Request Hold for Pickup at a nearby depot
Add delivery notes, such as “call on arrival”

One more delivery attempt remains. We recommend rescheduling now.
Attempt 3
If delivery fails again, GLS will return the package. Reshipping requires a new shipping fee plus $12.99.
