GTX coils are fitted into a pod rather than screwed into a tank, so you also need the Luxe XR empty pod. They run in the Vaporesso Luxe XR Max and the Vaporesso Luxe X2. GTX is a separate platform from the Vaporesso GTi mesh coils and the two do not interchange.

To prime a Vaporesso GTX coil:

  • Apply a few drops of e-liquid directly to the cotton openings on the coil.
  • Fill the tank or pod and let the coil sit for 5-10 minutes to saturate fully.
  • Start at a lower wattage and gradually increase to avoid dry hits.

The GTX Coils come in various resistances and wattage ranges:

  • GTX 0.15Ω Mesh: 60-75W (Best: 70W)
  • GTX 0.2Ω Mesh: 45-60W (Best: 55W)
  • GTX 0.3Ω Mesh: 32-45W (Best: 40W)
  • GTX 0.4Ω Mesh: 26-32W (Best: 30W)
  • GTX 0.6Ω Mesh: 20-30W (Best: 28W)
  • GTX 0.8Ω Mesh: 12-26W (Best: 18W)
  • GTX 1.2Ω Regular: 8-12W (Best: 11W)

Each pack of Vaporesso GTX Coils contains 5 individual coils, providing a convenient supply for regular usage.

GTX Coils offer a range suitable for both direct lung (DL) and mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping, depending on the resistance and wattage used. Lower resistance coils are typically used for DL vaping, while higher resistance coils are suitable for MTL vaping.

    If no one wants to actually invent a coil free vape tank, I suppose these are a necessary and tolerable evil. I get roughly a month out of each coil, depending on my vape oil. Lighter colored oils seem to perform better than darker ones with these coils. . .

    Delivery time was very fast. On the second coil (of a 5 pack), a "Hrtz" error popped up at first. then later it switched to "atomizer error" . . . Still, the third, fourth, and now fifth coil are working fine. Planning to reorder. . . need that coupon code. . . But also, want to be honest? I plan to order again soon

    They deliver a great hit, and the flavor holds up for about 2 or 3 days. The price is fair, the build quality is very solid, and it can go all the way up to 45 to 60 watts, so you'll definitely enjoy whichever flavor intensity you prefer, whether that's a hard hit or a lighter one

    GTX coils have the best flavor

    They deliver great flavor and fit the Shift Boro tank well. I did get one where the O-rings weren't positioned correctly and the coil was deformed. Aside from that, they're solid coils that last a good while.
