  • 50VG/50PG: the everyday version, smooth in MTL pods and low-wattage devices. 60mL. This is the all-day Virginia for most people.

What's the difference between 50/50, 70/30, and salt?

50VG/50PG is smooth in MTL pods and low-wattage devices. 70VG/30PG has more VG for bigger vapor in sub-ohm setups. Salt nicotine comes in higher strengths and gives a smoother pull in pod devices. New to these numbers? VG (vegetable glycerin) and PG (propylene glycol) are the two liquids that make up every e-liquid, ours included. The ratio is just how much of each: more VG makes for thicker vapor and bigger clouds, more PG carries flavor and feels a little sharper.

Which one should I choose?

    The Best for MTL

    This (in 18mg/ml) is perfect for MTL. I'm using this in the Innokin Z80 NEX box mod with Innokin Zlide Top Tank with Z DuoPrime 0.6Ω Coil and Lost Vape Thelema Nexus Pen with 0.8Ω cartridge/coil. The sweetness still goes through even with the higher resistance coil and MTL draw and in just the right sweetness for me. The throat hit that I want also comes out. Keep on rocking Black Note.     Lucky Black Note, It's Toasted!

    First time trying Black Note vape, thought I'd start off with Virginia as it was labelled mellow. It is the most natural tobacco tasting vape juice I have tried, and I've tried many. I was always hunting to find a tobacco vape juice that tasted most like a cigarette, why would I want to vape something that is sickly sweet and resembles a cream donut. But this is too mallow for me, so next time I'll try the Kentucky, then cigar, which I hope has a bit more of that tobacco hit. I have noticed this liquid does oxidizes after a couple of days, after putting it in the pod, as it has changed to a much darker liquid. It doesn't taste any different, but hopefully doesn't diminish the nicotine level, I swear I'm sucking on it more, lol but it could be because it's the first time I've vaped, that it actually reminds me more of the good but deadly cigarette.

    Very good flavor

    I bought the 70/30 mix, 12mg. I found the flavor to be very good, reminds me of a cigarette. Much better than Coastal Clouds Tabacco liquid. One thing though, in a DTL pod with a new 0.3ohm mesh coil at any wattage from 20w to 40w I found the hit to be harsh on the throat and a bit rough on the lungs - made me want to cough slightly. When using the DTL pod to do MTL style inhale the harshness was somewhat less, but still not satisfactory. I'm not sure if that is because of the 12mg nic content or the mix itself being more than 30% PG in the 70/30 mix. Anyway in the pod I added about 40% vanilla 70/30 9mg nic liquid and that reduced the harshness a lot. I can vape this now. The vanilla in the mix is very nice.

    Smooth mild flavor - Excellent top juice

    I ordered 50/50 Virginia Tobacco juice and really enjoy the smooth mild flavor. According to information, it was recommended to use 70/30 but for low 14 wattage use, 50/50 has been working out. I'll be purchasing 70/30 soon to see the difference. Very excellent top juice.

    Sweet my behind!

    Before I get into it, let me start by saying Black Note is one of the best when it comes to shipping speeds. I ordered with the normal shipping method, and it got here in 3 days. I'm on the other side of the country, so that's fast! Props to Black Note for that. Okay, let's get into it. I went without any e-liquid for an entire week. No cigarettes, no nicotine of any kind. Needless to say, I was losing my mind! I received Black Note's Virginia e-juice (50 / 50) in the mail today. I was VERY excited! After trying the American Classic and noticing that the flavor wasn't exactly like a red box Marlboro cigarette, I was sure the Virginia, from what I had read, with it's mildly-sweet notes, would be the answer I was looking for. Unfortunately for me, there is ZERO sweetness in this bottle! It pretty much tastes like the American Classic with a bit of a nutty flavor on the exhale. I will say, it does taste better to me than the American Classic, but still no sweetness detected. (Could this be due to the colder weather? The bottle was pretty cold when I removed it from it's packaging.) I was going to give this Virginia three stars, but I gave it four only because I was craving the nicotine, and THAT I did get. Look, I'm not saying this product is disgusting or anything like that. It doesn't taste bad at all, but I just don't think it tastes as described in the description. After all, that's why I ordered it. This e-juice is some of, if not the most expensive out there. I would think the flavor should be as described. I'm disappointed! I like this company because of the fact that they use the best ingredients and processing, but this was a bit of a let-down for me. I haven't smoked a cigarette in around 3 - 4 months, but if I can't get the flavor I'm used to and enjoy it, I might as well just go back to killing myself with cigarettes. I'm going to finish this bottle because after it's been opened, you're on your own. No returns after that, just like with any other e-juice company. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which one of these Black Note e-liquids I should purchase next? Something with a bitt of nutty flavor, but also with that hint of sweetness I was so looking forward to? I do NOT want to start smoking cigarettes again, EVER! I'm at my wit's end when it comes to this. It wouldn't surprise me if this review gets deleted, due to the fact that most companies delete honest reviews if they aren't 'good' reviews. We'll see.

    It is the closest to an American spirit when mixed with the Kentucky! Tried a bunch of flavors alone but the mix is my favorite
