FAQ's

It sits between your mouth and the pod, so the vapour passes through paper before it reaches you. That softens the draw, takes the edge off the throat hit and catches condensation, which is what stops spit-back. It is the closest thing on a vape to a cigarette filter.

When the draw starts to feel tight or the filter looks discoloured, which for most people is every few days. There is no harm in changing it sooner; that is why they come ten to a pack.

Slightly, and that is the trade-off. You lose a little intensity and gain a smoother, drier draw. If you want maximum flavour, the POM drip tip is the alternative fitting.

It helps a great deal. Spit-back is condensed e-liquid coming up the airway, and the paper catches it before it reaches your mouth. It will not fix a flooded coil, though, so do not overfill the pod.

No. They are paper and are designed to be thrown away once damp or discoloured.

Yes. An unsweetened tobacco blend actually carries well through a paper filter because you are not relying on sweetener to push the flavour. Our Special Blend at 50/50 is a good pairing for this setup.

A 50/50 VG/PG at a mouth-to-lung draw, which is what the Vilter range is built for. At these low wattages it pairs well with salt nicotine or a higher-strength freebase.
