Black Note ISO-7 Cleanroom: Precision & Care In Every Step
Creating Black Note vaping liquids may not be brain surgery, but that doesn’t mean we don’t use extraordinary precision and care during the creation process. That precision and care extends to the pristine bottling facility we use, which is a clean room classified and certified as ISO-7 by the International Standards Organization.
Our process additionally includes using only high-quality ingredients, inclusive of naturally extracted tobacco devoid of laboratory-made, synthetic compounds associated with artificial flavors, sweeteners or chemical additives. The end result is authentic tobacco vaping liquid that boasts purity and integrity, using a creation process and ingredients you can trust.
The cleanroom is a highly contained space designed to meet or exceed the levels of cleanliness for manufacturing vaping liquid. Levels are gauged by specifications for various factors that include:
- Cleanliness, or air quality
- Air pressure
- Number of air changes per hour
- Flow rate, or CFM
The ISO-7 classification of the cleanroom puts cleanliness levels at a Class 10,000, which denotes the maximum number of particles size 0.5 mm or larger per cubic foot of air. To put it in perspective, the average room in any home or workplace typically rates an ISO-9, or class 1,000,000, with approximately 1 million particles size 0.5 mm or larger per cubic foot of air.
The key to maintaining a low particulate count required for an ISO-7 is a High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter, or HEPA filter, which traps particles that are 0.03 mm or larger in size. Particulates larger than 0.03 mm, which is equivalent to 0.3 microns, are absorbed by the filter and kept far from our vaping liquids.
Black Note team members working in the cleanroom undergo training in contamination control. They enter and exit through airtight walkways, wearing special gowns, hairnets and foot coverings designed to trap contaminants naturally produced by the body.
Black Note vaping liquids are thus never exposed to contaminants and environment factors that could corrupt the end product. Removing most, if not all, human contact from our vaping liquid handling and storage process helps to ensure the natural makeup of our products is kept wholly pristine, intact and free from degradation.
Black Note Ingredients
When it comes to Black Note vaping liquid ingredients, our lab report says it all. In addition to natural tobacco extracts, you’ll find our vaping liquids contain kosher USP-grade vegetable glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) – and that’s it.
You won’t find the notoriously feared diacetyl, nor will you run across any ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, 2,3-pentanedione, acetaldehyde, acetoin, acetone, acrolein. Since we rely solely on naturally extracted tobacco for our flavoring, we don’t need to add artificial flavors or sweeteners with which some of these compounds and harmful chemicals are associated.
Transparency and Truth
We are 100-percent transparent with our ingredients, ensuring you know exactly what you’re inhaling when you choose Black Note vaping liquids. We’re likewise eager to share details on our bottling facility, which maintains standards high enough to merit an ISO-7 classification and certification.
Precision is our style, as is taking exceptional care at each step of our vaping liquid’s creation. This is evidenced by our cleanroom, our ingredients, our six-to-eight-week cold maceration process, our VG and PG mixing process and our filtering techniques. It also extends to the attention with which we select, grow, cure and otherwise pamper the tobacco used in our blends.
All steps contribute to achieving our ultimate goal: providing an authentic tobacco experience that speaks of superior quality on every single level.
