At Black Note, we’re committed to crafting the most authentic-tasting tobacco e-liquid on earth. We come from a long line of tobacco experts who have been perfecting the art of tobacco farming and processing for generations. However, we realized that many so-called “tobacco” e-liquids on the market didn’t actually taste like tobacco at all. This inspired us to take a different approach and create real tobacco vaping liquid without compromise.
Elia Salzman, a close friend of my father and legend in the tobacco industry, made a memorable prediction over dinner at our home in Rome. “I am convinced that the cigarette as it exists will disappear someday,” he said. “This nicotine delivery system is too archaic.” His prediction that combustion would be replaced by vapor devices was spot-on.

After extensive research and development, Black Note real tobacco vaping liquid was finally ready for action. The company officially launched in January, in both Europe and the United States. With a mission to create a smoke-free and vape-free world, the vaping liquid was designed to appeal to adult smokers, and no one else.
Black Note is dedicated to upholding high standards and adhering to regulations in the tobacco industry. Below is a timeline of our regulatory journey:
October 12, 2017: As part of the FDA’s deeming regulations, Black Note successfully registered all pre-existing products with the FDA. This demonstrated our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
April 5, 2021: Black Note’s PMTA (Pre-Market Tobacco Application) for its products was accepted by the FDA. This acceptance recognizes our dedication to quality and regulatory compliance.
November 19, 2021: The FDA completed a preliminary review of Black Note’s PMTAs and confirmed that the applications met the filing requirements. Currently, our application is undergoing scientific review.
